1) Send us an email including the details and quantity of each card you would like to order to our email address (see the contact page for details)

 

ONLINE

At present, the shopping cart is under development. Once the development is complete, it is expected that this aspect of the website will operate as follows

1) Browse the site, adding any cards which you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and updating the quantity if more than 1 is required

2) When you have finished shopping, either save the cart for later, or go to checkout

3) The postage and packing charge will be calculated automatically and added to your order - the website will advise you what value of cards to add to your order to qualify for free postage and package. (Note that this option will only be available to UK delivery addresses).

4) Either pay through your credit card, or using a paypal account. (Credit card payments will be processed through paypal and we believe it will be possible to achieve this without the need for you to create a paypal account - this is to be confirmed).

5) If you have chosen to save your shopping cart at step 2, then you will be asked to either register a username and password on the website, or sign in using a previously registered username and password before the cart can be saved.

 

It is hoped that it will be possible to provide confirmation emails at the following steps in the order fulfilment process.

Order Placed

This email will confirm the cards and quantities which you have checked out with.

Order Accepted

This means that we have received your order and the cards are all in stock. We will prepare your order for dispatch. If any cards which you have ordered are no longer available when we process your order then we will advise you of this and arrange for a refund.

Order Dispatched

This means that your order is in the post.

 

Please note that what is described above may not end up being exactly how the shopping cart is implemented, as a lot depends on the technical skills of the web master!!
